Capabilities
Search the word « Capabilities » on your web page and you’ll get plenty of results but none would refer to what the Indian economist-philosopher Amartya Sen means by « capabilities » in his Capability Approach.
The « Capability Approach » helps ask many questions such as :

What do we value and what reasons do we have to do it?

Why are some individuals or groups deprived of capabilities?
Capabilities : getting economic resources, being in good health and happy, getting access to education and enjoying freedom and making choices.
