في المدينة المكتظة بالسكان

“مكثت مع عمي وعائلته في شقة توجد في منطقة مكتظة بالسكان وبعيدة عن وسط المدينة ولكن تم توفير حافلات لنقل المسافرين واخرى لنقل التلاميذ. أعترف أنه كانت هناك أوقات قمت فيها بالرحلة الى المدرسة مثل المسافر خلسة. شعرت بالخجل لأن السائق وثق بي ولم يتحقق من بطاقتي. ومع ذلك، فإن هذا الغش لا يمكن أن يستمر الى ما لا نهاية. نبض قلبي بعنف ذلك اليوم عندما جعلني مراقبو الحافلات ادفع ثمن التذكرة ولكنهم كانوا لطفاء بما يكفي لعدم تغريمي..”

Failed teacher

“The mathematics teacher was angry at knowing I had been congratulated on getting very satisfactory marks in all the subjects except in the one he teaches. He couldn’t bear the fact I was good at the other subjects. However, I wasn’t that bad at math. Moreover, I have always liked that subject. Then, In a fit of exasperation, he started hitting my head with his fingers. It really hurt me but there was nothing I could do about it. This power to humiliate young people revealed an unhealthy jealousy and a vile desire to make up for weaknesses not only in his personality but also in his archaic method of teaching a science subject.”

Poor education

“In hindsight however, there was a case to file a complaint against this individual who violates the rights of students. He was unable to come to the conclusion the way he teaches his subject would result in a poorly prepared students as he was likely unable to give his students the math education they deserve. »

Contempt and disgust

Madame de Lage, French teacher, offered me a seat next to a student who was sitting alone. And I am grateful to her for choosing me a place next to this student because he looked very nice and it turned out that he was indeed very nice and we became good friends.”

”In my class, there were pupils of modest social origins and others from the middle class. However, there was a good atmosphere going on. I met later with other students and we appreciate each other. A few minutes later, I started participating in the French class by asking questions or answering Ms. de Lage questions.
