Medical mistakes

There are two men. The one on the left is a patient lying in hospital bed and has his arms stretching out. His feet are are sticking out of the sheet or blanket.
There is a dressing on his chest. He has undergone surgery and later has been X-rayed. The other man on the left is a doctor, a surgeon who is standing up and wearing a coat and a cap and he’s holding the patient’s chest X-ray in his right hand. He’s telling the patient to pieces of news, a good one and the bad one.
It seems someone is calling the doctor. His mobile phone, as we can notice, is vibrating in patient’s chest. The patient seems frightened and helpless.
Regarding the doctor, it looks as though he doesn’t care at all about the mistake he has made.
