There are three African men on the right of the cartoon. One of them is in striped suit, wearing glasses and holding a briefcase in his right hand. He’s grinning showing his good mood. Just next to him, another a serious-looking man in a suit with his left hand in his pocket and looking to the left at the tallest European man. The latter is wearing black suit , folding his arms and he’s bursting in laughter. He’s informing the five Europeans in the office that some African leaders are willing to help solve the crisis. He looks as if he can’t help laughing. We might interpret his laugther as he reckons the African leaders aren’t able to help the Europeans deal with the crisis they are facing. Why shouldn’t African people or leaders be able to show international cooperation and solidarity? To the left of tallest man, there is another African man in a suit too and with a big smile on his face. He’s raising his right hand and carrying a briefcase in his left hand. One of the African leaders looks as if he’s wondering why the tallest man doubts the African union ability to deal with crisis.

Il y a trois hommes africains à droite du dessin animé. L’un d’eux est en costume rayé, porte des lunettes et tient une serviette dans sa main droite. Il sourit montrant sa bonne humeur. Juste à côté de lui, un autre homme à l’air sérieux en costume avec la main gauche dans sa poche son regard tourné vers l’homme européen le plus grand. Ce dernier porte un costume noir, croise les bras et éclate de rire. Il informe les cinq Européens présents dans le bureau que certains dirigeants africains sont prêts à aider à résoudre la crise. Il a l’air de ne pouvoir s’empêcher de rire. Nous pourrions interpréter son rire car il estime que les dirigeants africains ne sont pas en mesure d’aider les Européens à faire face à la crise à laquelle ils sont confrontés. Pourquoi les peuples ou les dirigeants africains ne devraient-ils pas être en mesure de faire preuve de coopération et de solidarité internationales ? À gauche de l’homme le plus grand, il y a un autre homme africain en costume aussi et avec un grand sourire sur son visage. Il lève la main droite et porte une serviette dans la main gauche. L’un des dirigeants africains a l’air de se demander pourquoi l’homme le plus grand doute de la capacité de l’Union africaine à faire face à la crise européenne.
