لطالما Gastarbeiter agreements (موقع بالانجليزي).كان لدى ألمانيا ، ما لم أكن مخطئا ، اللجوء إلى العمالة الأجنبية. ضغط أرباب العمل الألمان على الدولة للسماح بالهجرة. كان هذا هو الحال في أوائل الستينيات من القرن الماضي مع اتفاقيات Gastarbeiter موقع باللغة الألمانية .
تواجه ألمانيا حاليًا نقصًا في العمالة المحلية بسبب تقلص عدد السكان في سن العمل. كما في الماضي ، فإن الشركات تضغط على الدولة.

L’Allemagne a toujours eu, sauf erreur de ma part, recours à l’a main-d’œuvre étrangère. Les employeurs allemands exercèrent des pressions sur l’Etat pour autoriser l’immigration. C’est le cas au début des années 1960 avec les Gastarbeiter agreements.
L’Allemagne fait actuellement (site en allemand) face à une pénurie de main-d’œuvre locale à cause de la diminution de la population en âge de travailler. Comme dans le passé, les entreprises sollicitent l’Etat.
On comprend la générosité des allemands envers les réfugiés syriens…
Germany has always, unless I am mistaken, resorted to foreign labour. German employers pressured the state to allow immigration. This was the case in the early 1960s with the Gastarbeiter agreements (website in English).
Germany is doing currently (website in German) faced with a shortage of local labor due to a shrinking working-age population. As in the past, companies are appealing to the State.
