استمعت الى نشرة اخبارية على راديو فرانس انفو بتاريخ ١٤٣٩/٠٢/٠٦ واستغربت الرد السلبي الصادر عن سكان مدينة بوردو الفرنسية تجاه الهجرة الداخلية وذكرتني هذه الظاهرة بالمدافعين، واكثرهم من المتطرفين، عن الهوية الفرنسية المهددة ، حسب تقديرهم وتصورهم، من طرف الاجانب.
تتزايد جاذبية بوردو ويصاحب هذه الظاهرة الاقتصادية تنامي الكراهية تجاه المهاجرين من باريس. ويقال بأن الهجرة تهدد هوية سكان بوردو الاصليين. لقد ضاقت صدورهم بالوافدين وهم ليسو بأجانب بل هم فرنسيون من ابناء عشيرتهم.
و تجلب مدينة بوردو المزيد من المقاولين والتجار وسكان باريس والعمالة والمستثمرين والشركات وتتجلى تداعيات هذا الاقبال في وفرة أكبر في الخدمات وفرص العمل والمشاريع التي ترفع من قيمة الانتاجية المحلية. ولكن سكان بوردو المتخوفون من الهجرة يشددون على عواقبها ليس فقط على الهوية بل كذلك على ارتفاع اسعار العقارات في المدينة.
تثير هذه الهجرة من باريس الى بوردو انشغال وغضب بعض النشطاء على المواقع الاجتماعية الذين يزعمون انهم قادرون على التصدي لهذه الظاهرة.
لا ندري هل سيوظف السياسيون الهجرة الداخلية لجني ارباح سياسية كما هو حالهم مع الهجرة الخارجية. القدامى في البلدان الأجنبية لديهم آراء سلبية حول الوافدين الجدد ، الشيء الذي يبدو للوهلة الأولى مفاجئا. أدركت هذه الحقيقة أثناء قراءة كتاب جيرار نويريل. كتاب تمتعت حقا بقراءته .في غالب الاحيان
ان استخدام الحجج ضد الهجرة داخلية كانت ام خارجية لتبرير الدفاع عن الهوية قابل للجدل ومن المحتمل ان يؤدي الى أزمة اجتماعية.

I listened to a news bulletin on Radio France Info on 02/06/2018 and was astonished by the negative response issued by the inhabitants of the French city of Bordeaux towards internal migration. This economic phenomenon is accompanied by a growing hatred of immigrants from Paris. It is said that immigration threatens the identity of the original inhabitants of Bordeaux. They show difficulty tolerating the arrivals, who are not foreigners, but are French and compatriots. Bordeaux brings more contractors, merchants, Paris residents, workers, investors, and companies. The repercussions of this turnout are manifested in a greater abundance of services, job opportunities and projects that raise the value of local productivity. But the residents of Bordeaux, who are afraid of immigration, stress its consequences not only for identity, but also for the high real estate prices in the city. This migration from Paris to Bordeaux raises the concern and anger of some activists on social sites who claim that they are able to address this phenomenon. We do not know whether politicians will employ internal migration to reap political profits, as is the case with external immigration. In most cases, the use of arguments against immigration, whether internal or external, to justify the defense of identity is arguable and likely to lead to a social crisis.
But the strangest thing is that some long-established immigrants in foreign countries have negative opinions about newcomers, which at first glance seems surprising. I became aware of this fact while reading Gérard Noiriel’s book. A must-read book.

J’ai écouté un bulletin d’information sur Radio France Info le 02/06/2018 et j’ai été étonné par la réaction négative des habitants de la ville française de Bordeaux face aux migrations internes. Ce phénomène économique s’accompagne d’une haine croissante des immigrés de Paris . On dit que l’immigration menace l’identité des premiers habitants de Bordeaux. Ils ont du mal à supporter les arrivants, qui ne sont pas des étrangers, mais des Français, des compatriotes. Bordeaux rassemble plus d’entrepreneurs, de commerçants, de Parisiens, d’ouvriers, d’investisseurs, d’entreprises. Les répercussions de cette participation se traduisent par une plus grande abondance de services, des opportunités d’emploi et des projets qui augmentent la valeur de la productivité locale. Mais les Bordelais, qui ont peur de l’immigration, en soulignent les conséquences non seulement sur l’identité, mais aussi sur les prix élevés de l’immobilier dans la ville.Cette migration de Paris vers Bordeaux suscite l’inquiétude et la colère de certains militants sur les sites sociaux. On ne sait pas si les politiques utiliseront la migration interne pour justifier la défense de l’identité, ce qui est discutable et susceptible de conduire à une crise sociale. Mais le plus étrange, c’est que certains immigrés établis de longue date dans les pays étrangers ont des opinions négatives sur les nouveaux arrivants ce qui paraît à première vue surprenant. J’ai pris connaissance de ce fait en lisant le livre de Gérard Noiriel. Un livre à lire absolument.
